Wage Theft Prevention in Seattle

Effective April 1, 2015 most Seattle employers must comply with Seattle’s Wage Theft Ordinance. The Ordinance provides protections against wage theft by requiring employers to pay all wages owed to employees, provide written notice to employees, and itemize pay information when employees are paid.
