Serving Canadian and U.S. entertainment companies for two decades

Cast & Crew Canada operates full-service offices in Toronto and greater Vancouver.

Our offerings include payroll processing, workers’ compensation, production accounting software and financial services. Entertainment payroll is the foundation of what we do. And for 40 years — and for more than 20 years in Canada — we have provided superior services to the motion picture, television, event and commercial industries.

Cast & Crew Canada fully supports the Canadian industry, from coast to coast, and works both with local payroll as well as U.S. and other foreign entities operating in Canada.

In 2015, we launched our automated payroll interface, onTime™. This hours-to-gross enhancement delivers speed and expertise for even the most complex projects. We’ve also enhanced our efforts in Canada on behalf of Cast & Crew Financial Services (CCFS), one of our core offerings. CCFS comprises five business units, one of which — Canadian Production Incentive Services — is described in greater detail below.
