Now have access to your W-2 at your fingertips, year round, 24/7, via the web or by telephone. You can consent to receive your W-2 via email, request a copy of your W-2, request a change/correction to your W-2 and best yet, you have the option of an electronic W-2 that can be imported into leading tax preparation software. W-2s will remain available for up to four years,

To log into your account:
- Employer Code: 13481
- Employee ID: Your Social Security Number
- PIN: Last 6 digits of your Social Security Number (the system will prompt you to select a new PIN upon initial login)
You will then have access to:
- Reprint a copy of your W-2
- Request a W-2-C (change to your W-2)
- Import your W-2 directly into leading tax preparation software
- Consent to receive your W-2 via e-mail the following year

How do I get a reprint of my W-2 online?
- Simply go to www.w2express.com
- Log into your account by entering:
- Employer Code: 13481
- Employee ID: Your Social Security Number
- Your PIN: Last 6 digits of your Social Security Number (the system will prompt you to select a new PIN upon initial login)
- From the W-2 eXpress main menu select "Reprint W2"
- Follow the easy instructions and download your W-2 as a PDF over a secure session.
- 24-hours a day, including weekends. A W-2 reprint includes an original reissued W-2, any W-2c’s issued, and the form instructions.

How do I request a change or correction to my W-2 online?

- Select W-2 Services
- From the W-2 eXpress main menu select "Request W-2-C"
- Follow the easy instructions
- Explain the reason for your request in writing. If needed, you may also dictate the information to a Client Services Representative at the number listed below.

What information do I need to provide for the consent form?
You will need to provide the following information:
- Primary (and secondary) e-mail address
- Mailing address
- Select W-2 Services
- Daytime/Evening phone number
When will my eletronic W-2 be available?
Your initial issue electronic W-2 will be posted on a secure Web site well before you would normally receive this form in your mailbox. You will receive notification when your W-2 is available, along with instructions for retrieval. All e-mails from W-2 eXpress have a subject line that reads, “IMPORTANT TAX DOCUMENT”.
