NEW YORK (S 1975) PROPOSED LEGISLATION (Still in the House or Senate) January 31, 2011 If enacted, the New York City incentive would increase from 5% to 15%. The annual statewide cap would be as follows: $32.5 million in 2010, $37.5 million in 2011, $42.5 million in 2012, $45 million in 2013 and 2014, and $55 million in 2015.
