Yamashita Chong introduced a bill which, if enacted, would repeal the motion picture tax credit program on December 31, 2012. The purpose of the bill is to establish a sunrise and sunset review of certain tax exemptions, deductions, and credits to  require legislative review of the these programs to ensure their fiscal integrity and provide good state fiscal policy.
